Please don't buy excessively

I finally met my store mgr tonight at Publix. He is never there when I am there. Anyway, I was talking about the coupon classes and everything. He said that we should pass the word along not to buy excessively. He said it has started to get out of control recently. He said that the other day a womn came in and tried to buy 70 bottles of spices that were going to be about .10. He refused her and she got mad and called his boss. I can completely see his point. If people are doing this for the wrong reasons, it's going to hurt all of us. So pass the word along so that we can all keep getting great deals!!

Ezmeals-A meal planning resource for busy and frugal moms

Check out this cool website that I found. For $5 a month, it matches your sales at your particular store with a menu that you choose. I chose a low-fat family plan from Publix. So I will be able to print a weekly plan based on the sale that week. I will get recipes for each meal and a grocery list. For a family of 4-6 it averages $75 a week. So I just signed up to try it out. And of course, I found a coupon code to use! LOL Use the code DAVE for 2.50 off a 3-month subscription. Not sure why the picture isn't showing up, but you can still click on the box below.

Another coupon class!! Jan 24th, 7 pm Marietta (E Cobb area)

About 6 months ago I began on the journey of couponing. Through this journey I have found that spending some time can save you hundreds (thousands, maybe) of dollars on groceries and other items for my family. I'm so excited to share the wonderful world of couponing with all my friends. So you are invited to my coupon "class." We will talk about getting started, having a good set up for coupons, finding deals, stockpiling, avoiding misuse of coupons, internet coupons, etc. Even if you already coupon, bring your coupons for trading and your knowledge to add.
I'll provide beverages if you are up for a coupon challenge. Please bring something to snack on, BUT you have to have used a coupon to purchase the item or if you're making it, one ingredient must have been purchased with a coupon. Can't wait to see what y'all come up with!!
Please feel free to invite others that you think are interested, just let me know if you can make it. This will be at my friend's house in Marietta (E Cobb area,) So let me know if you're interested and I will send you the address.
